3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Booking Policy

• Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, our website, or in person
• We recommend booking in advance, especially for bridal services, weekends, and peak seasons
• Bridal services require booking at least 2-3 months in advance
• Walk-in customers are welcome subject to availability

3.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Bridal appointments require 48-72 hours advance notice for cancellation
• Failure to cancel or late cancellations may affect future booking priority
• No-shows may forfeit any deposits paid

3.3 Late Arrivals

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
• We may not be able to accommodate the full service if you arrive significantly late

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods
• Bridal packages may require an advance deposit to confirm booking
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes
• Package prices and promotional offers are valid for specified periods only
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect services
• Inform us if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medications
• Follow pre-service and post-service care instructions provided by our staff
• Treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy

6. Health and Safety

• All tools and equipment are properly sterilized
• Single-use items are disposed of after each use
• Patch tests are available upon request for color services and treatments

• We make every effort to meet your expectations but cannot guarantee specific results
• Color services may not achieve exact results on previously colored or damaged hair

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for allergic reactions if clients fail to disclose allergies or decline patch tests
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions to products used outside our salon
